Program Eligibility Criteria - This Program is available for any Active Members (which, for the avoidance of any doubt shall include any retired person who is also an active member) of United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU), IDB-IIC Federal Credit Union (IDB-IIC FCU), PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union (PAHO/WHO FCU), OAS Federal Credit Union (OASFCU) and their Spouses and Children (Aged 18 and above) who are living and working (in the case of work, save where such person has retired from work) outside of USA and its territories.
